BOOKING CONDITIONS
The reservation is finalized upon receipt of the deposit in the AUTHORIZED
AGENT's bank account; the agency undertakes to forward written
confirmation to the client.
The deposit represents thirty percent (30%) of the rental price. The
payment dates are as follows:
For bookings including Thanksgiving, Christmas and/or New Year
If the reservation is made more than sixty (60) days before arrival:
- The reservation is not confirmed until the Customer has paid the
Deposit.
- The amount of the Deposit corresponds to thirty percent (30%) of the
rental price as fixed above.
- The Deposit is due within five (5) days of acceptance of the booking
offer by the Customer.
- The balance is due sixty (60) days prior to arrival, and corresponds
to seventy percent (70%) of the rental price.
This deposit does not constitute a right of withdrawal within the
meaning of article 1590 of the French Civil Code.
If the reservation is made sixty (60) days or less before arrival:
The reservation is not confirmed until full payment has been received,
which implies that one hundred percent (100%) of the rental price has
been paid by the customer and has been received in the agency's bank
account.
For reservations that do not include Thanksgiving, Christmas and/or New
Year's Eve
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
To be valid, all cancellation requests must be sent in writing to the
Agency. Only the date of receipt of a letter or e-mail will be taken into
account for the application of the following rules.
For bookings including Thanksgiving, Christmas and/or New Year
- If the customer cancels one hundred and twenty-one (121) days or more
prior to arrival: The Agency undertakes to refund the deposit received
for the rental.
- If the customer cancels between one hundred and twenty (120) and
sixty-one (61) days before arrival: The customer forfeits the Deposit,
thirty percent (30%) of the rental price.
- If the customer cancels between sixty (60) days and forty-six (46)
days before arrival: The customer forfeits fifty percent (50%) of the
rental price.
- If the customer cancels forty-five (45) days or less before arrival:
The customer forfeits one hundred percent (100%) of the rental price.
LENGTH OF STAY
A minimum of 7 nights is usually required, short stay can be considered
upon request.
During the Festive Period (Christmas and/or New Year) a minimum of 10 to
14 nights is required due to a high demand.

- Checkin after 15:00pm
- Checkout before 12:00pm
PRICE AND TAX
All rates include agency commission.
Rates doesn't include 5% tourism tax and 10% service fee.
SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Net price includes personalized welcome at port and airport, 24/7
concierge service, transfer to villa, daily maid service (except Sundays
and public holidays).
